Good works. Do they save us? No! We do good works because God graciously has saved us. “For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, ⁹ not a result of works, so that no one may boast. ¹⁰ For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.

Almost 25 years ago at our ministry campus in Mongolia, after seeing all of our projects, a visiting surgeon asked me, “Jerry, why do you do this? What do you get out of this?” I replied, “I want to hear these words from Jesus, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant.’” If asked the same question today, my response would be the same!

Over the years, our ministry has transitioned from “Our Boots on the ground” to “Senders and Facilitators.” Today, God is allowing us to help national pastors and missionaries we know personally around the globe to raise the Banner of Jesus Christ, to “GO and make disciples of all nations.”  We have a list of several 'Ministry Friends' on our website, the Men and Women of God that we have the honor and privilege of coming alongside as they faithfully declare the Gospel of Jesus Christ while “walking in good works.”  Please visit our "FRIENDS" pages to get to know these folks and see what ministry projects they are currently working on!

I thank God that He has provided, through YOU His people, the necessary resources for CTW / LifeQwest, this tiny ministry, to accomplish what God has called us to do, “Go ye therefore and make disciples…” Thank you for your prayers, your love, and your financial support. 

May we all one day hear these words, “Well done, good and faithful servant.”

LifeQwest Founders

Jerry & Susan Smith married in 1980 and have worked side by side sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ around the globe, and serving in the foreign mission fields since 1995.  Before and after their ministry overseas, they served in various ministry outreaches in evangelism and humanitarian projects in the United States and abroad. Jerry & Susan are currently based out of Houston, Texas where they provide their ongoing ministries to pastors and missionaries around the globe.
